With less than a month until the Iowa caucuses, Huckabee is rising, and fast. Before conservatives start celebrating that they have finally found their man, they should ask the following questions:
1) Is Huckabee the best person to bring the Iraq War to a successful end?
2) Is Huckabee the best person to stem the inflow of illegal immigrants and deal in an appropriate manner with the broader issue of immigration?
3) Is Huckabee the best person to transform the healthcare system in America? Specifically, can Huckabee enact substantial reforms to increase coverage, limit costs, add accountability, and avoid a government take-over?
4) Is Huckabee the best person to empower Americans by substantially revamping the tax code?
5) Does Huckabee have the creativity and spine to tackle the entitlement system in America, which somehow manages to avoid being particularly helpful while simultaneously barreling towards bankruptcy?
